Welcome to Netherlands Bagels. By visiting our café, placing a catering order, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
Netherlands Bagels is a café located in The Hague, the Netherlands. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions and interactions with Netherlands Bagels, whether in-store or via our website.
2. Orders and Payment
All in-store orders are processed at the counter. For catering orders placed via our website, online payments are processed securely through Mollie, our payment service provider. Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, credit card, and other methods available through Mollie's checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable.
3. Catering Orders
Catering orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled due to capacity constraints. Delivery may be available for large catering orders within The Hague area — please contact us directly to arrange this.
4. Pricing
All prices listed on our menu and website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Netherlands Bagels reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will be reflected on our menu and website.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Catering orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order value. In-store purchases are generally non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please speak with a member of our staff immediately.
6. Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, and nuts. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please inform our staff before ordering. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7. Liability
Netherlands Bagels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law.
